Heating and Cooling

• Clean or replace standard air filters
• Clean indoor cooling coil (if accessible)
• Inspect primary and secondary drains
• Inspect blower components (clean and/or adjust as necessary)
• Clean and inspect condenser
• Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
• Check voltage and amp draw on motors
• Adjust gas pressure as necessary
• Inspect and tighten electrical connections
• Inspect pilot operation: adjust as necessary
• Check flue draft for safe operation
• Inspect and test safety controls
• Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
• Inspect heat anticipator settings
• Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
• Check air conditioning and heating cycles
• Inspect thermostat operation
• Clean and test condesate drain
• Apply protective coating to outdoor unit
• Inspect heat exchanger and burners: vacuum and adjust as necessary
• Check air conditioner operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge.
