MillerHVAC Contracted to Upgrade Boiler
at Monmouth County
Taylor-Butler House.

Freehold, NJ- The Taylor-Butler house built in 1853 and located 127 Kings Highway in Middletown, NJ has been charming the community since its construction. This landmark is currently owned by the Monmouth County Historical Association (MCHA), and is available to the community for rent as an event or meeting place. MCHA is rehabilitating their Taylor-Butler house to continue its charm and provide efficient heat for its tenants.

MCHA has contracted with IB Miller, Inc.-MillerHVAC to replace the house’s inefficient, outdated natural gas fired heating boiler. Using the existing boiler piping, and not altering any of the original house an upgraded annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) natural gas boiler was installed. This boiler upgrade will allow the association to continue scheduling memorable events while sustaining the Taylor-Butler house’s indoor comfort, ultimately saving the association money, using less natural gas, and helping our environment.

“Over 55 years ago to help his community, my grandfather started our company,” says Matthew Miller, “It is very honorable that our company was contracted to provide boiler upgrade services to help Monmouth County Historical Association and the community.”
