A NEW STORE AND A NEW RESTAURANT
ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED AT
MONMOUTH MALL IN EATONTOWN, NJ .

Eatontown, NJ; IB Miller, Inc.-MillerHVAC is working with Drill Construction to build two new buildings at Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, NJ. Construction began April 2008 for a new store; Jarod the Galleria of Jewelry and a new restaurant; Bobbie’s Burger Palace on the perimeter ring road at Monmouth Mall.
MillerHVAC was contracted by Drill Construction, the general contractor, in March of 2008 to install HVAC systems for Monmouth Mall’s expansion. Construction is quickly coming to completion. MillerHVAC’s team has already hung ductwork and placed Trane HVAC rooftop units on building 1, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. A MillerHVAC crew, scheduled Friday July 18, 2008, will start to hang ductwork and place HVAC rooftop units on building 2, Bobby’s Burger Palace. Monmouth Mall’s expansion has projected completion of September 2008 starting with Jarod the Galleria of Jewelry to open first followed by Bobby’s Burger Palace.
