Hydronika enters into assembly agreement with IB Miller, Inc.

Shelbyville, KY June 7, 2010 - Hydronika has entered into an agreement with IB Miller, Inc. to assemble its products for New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and the East Coast markets.

IB Miller, Inc. is a 5 decade old mechanical contracting firm located in Long Branch, New Jersey with broad experience in HVAC system design and installation. "IB Miller has a solid reputation as a full service company and we are looking forward to a collaborative working relationship" said Michael Scharing, CEO of Hydronika. Miller will assemble Hydronika combination chiller-boilers as well as the company's new line of hybrid (4 pipe) chillers.
