MILLERHVAC IS WORKING WITH
SANDY HOOK PARTNERS TO REHABILITATE
FORT HANCOCK.
Sandy Hook, NJ - Sandy Hook Partners, LLC (SHP) is redeveloping thirty-six buildings at Fort Hancock. This rehabilitation project, encompassing 300,000 square feet, will create a year-round community of education, research, recreation, cultural arts and hospitality all while conserving Sandy Hook's history and shoreline environment.
In conjunction with two phases of the rehabilitation project, SHP contracted IB Miller, Inc.-MillerHVAC to design and install cooling systems. These cooling systems, or air conditioning systems, will keep visitors comfortable while preserving the structural integrity and historical value of Fort Hancock’s chapel and theater.
When the rehabilitation project is completed, the chapel and theater will provide the community an area to conduct business, hold an event, or simply to just enjoy the incredible setting. Along with the chapel and theater, The Fort at Sandy Hook will encompass additional amenities and services that improve productivity and lifestyle…and its only 25 minutes from New York City.
