Toms River MUA - Auxillary Building
- Gas Conversion, Heating System Efficiency Uprade
Toms River, NJ Municipal Utilities Authority inquired to IB Miller, Inc.-MillerHVAC about a HVAC mechanical service contract for their facility at 340 W Water Street, Toms River, NJ. During the initial site survey after realizing the deficiencies in the auxillary building's oil fired water boiler system a gas conversion and heating system upgrade for that building was discussed. Miller's design team quickly sprang into action to design, convert, and install a new heating system for the MUA's auxiliary building. The new system designed by IB Miller, Inc. converted an outdated, inefficient, leaking oil fired water boiler to an efficient natural gas fired forced hot air unit heater system to save Toms River MUA money and energy while meeting their specific needs to heat their auxiliary building; garage, workspace, and equipment storage.
- Installed Natural Gas Line
- Installed 8 Natural Gas Unit Heaters
